Practical info:

Would you like to know exactly what this creative weekend entails? Here you’ll find all the practical details at a glance, so you can turn up well prepared.

The Programme: Don’t miss a single workshop!

The event is structured as a three-day rotation. In total, you’ll take part in no fewer than five workshops, each lasting two hours. Thanks to our group system, you’ll rotate through each instructor, ensuring you learn every technique:

  • Friday evening: 1 workshop
  • Saturday: 3 workshops
  • Sunday morning: final workshop

After the workshops: The grand finale

As soon as the final workshop on Sunday has finished, we’ll clear the floor for the International Face Painting Contest. Participants will then have plenty of time to set up their workstations and prepare for the competition.

Relaxation, Shopping & Socialising

Between workshops, there’s plenty of time to relax. Pop round the stands to browse the latest materials or have a chat over a bite to eat.

  • Evening programme: After an inspiring day, you’re free to relax at your hotel or – even better – head into town with your new make-up colleagues for a bite to eat!

Things to bring & House rules

  • Materials: Please bring your own favourite brushes and materials to work with, but not too many, as you’ll need to take them with you to the next workshop and you won’t have a large workspace.
  • Demos: Each tutor will have their own model, so you can follow all the techniques perfectly and put them into practice straight away.
  • Focus during the lesson: To ensure everyone has the best learning experience, we ask you to plan toilet breaks during the breaks as much as possible. This helps us maintain the flow of the workshop.
  • Keeping things tidy together: We work in a pleasant environment. Let’s leave the rooms just as fresh afterwards as we found them.
  • Smoking: The premises are smoke-free. Would you still like to smoke? You may do so outside the premises.
We look forward to making it
a magical weekend together with you!
